Nature Natters

Aiming to improve health through nature, our Nature Natters are an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the world around us as spring turns into summer.

The Nature Natters are part of Social Prescribing’s Nature Prescriptions in partnership with the RSPB and the Peak District National Park.

Using the expertise of  Peak Park volunteers who lead the walk, the sessions run at 11am on the first Thursday of the month in Bakewell Park (meeting at the toilets) and the third Thursday of the month in Hall Leys Park Matlock (meeting at the bandstand).

Both sessions are accessible to everyone, being wanders rather than walks and end at a nearby café. Call New Connections Social Prescribing on 01629 812154 ext. 2 for more information.
