Advice and information services
We offer a free service to voluntary organisations and community groups in the form of advice and information services and development work which can cover all sorts of issues. Often we advise groups on funding – where to get funding from; how to complete a particular application form; how to submit a budget. Regularly we support groups on how to set up a new group to run activities or deliver a service needed.
Our advice is offered in a number of ways depending on the work needed and the organisation’s circumstances. You can come to the CVS office at Bakewell for a one-to-one meeting or we can we can offer support by email or over the telephone. The services is free of charge and we encourage all groups using this support service to become members of Derbyshire Dales CVS.

Bespoke services
Our bespoke services are tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. They are designed to provide practical support with the day-to-day running of your organisation, or to give you intensive support with management, governance, planning and organisational development. Our bespoke services are not free, but are affordable and provide excellent value for money. There is a discount for DDCVS members. We are always happy to discuss your needs and find the most effective and affordable option for your organisation, so please get in touch.
