In response to the results of our Members Survey last year we are pleased to offer free training in Social Media to Derbyshire Dales CVS Member organisations.

Social media is the easiest way to reach out and inform communities about what you do and to promote your organisation, but not all of us realise how easy it can be to use.

If your group would like to start this journey, then join the CVS team, and our trainer Support Staffordshire, and learn how to set up and use social media tools safely and effectively.

We will cover: –

1. How to manage a Facebook social media account
2. Examine other social media platforms
3. Reflect on the principles of data protection and privacy laws, relevant to social media use
4. Discuss the use of WhatsApp for communication and collaboration within your organisation

The session will be online, on Zoom, on Tuesday 7th October between 10.00 and 11.30am.

Places are limited, and available to Derbyshire Dales CVS Member groups, on a first come first served basis.
