Healthwatch Derbyshire is running a short, anonymous survey to find out:

• What people use the NHS App for
• Why some people don’t, or can’t use it
• What features would make it more helpful in the future

The survey is open to anyone aged 13+ who is registered with a GP in Derbyshire. It takes just 2–5 minutes to complete.
