Sarah Paisley Senior Development Worker, is our development team lead. She advises community groups on funding opportunities and other common issues around running a group. She delivers training on funding applications and legal structures for organisations, and co-ordinates the information service (newsletter, website, social media) provided by DDCVS. Sarah collates the development work information from our database and contributes significantly to reports required by our funders. In addition, she leads on the small grants programmes managed by DDCVS.

Before joining the CVS Sarah worked at the New Vic Theatre in Newcastle under Lyme as part of the Production team. At the New Vic she also volunteered as a leader with the youth theatre and managed the work experience programme.
