We’re pleased to share that DDCVS will be hosting a series of new online ‘Spotlight’ talks and networking sessions this year, with the first event planned for 24^th February 2026.

We’re planning three events across the year – February, June and November – replacing the previous monthly Spotlight meetings.

These one-hour sessions will focus on social connectedness, highlighting local groups, community organisations, and services that help people build connections and access support in the Derbyshire Dales.

Each event will feature two guest speakers, opportunities for Q&A, and time for informal networking.

The sessions are open to everyone – members of the public, DDCVS members, community groups, voluntary and community sector organisations, charities, and anyone interested in learning more about what’s happening locally.

Each event will explore a different theme, including:

• Community opportunities for Men’s Health
• Community opportunities for Digital Inclusion
• Community opportunities for Parents and Carers
