St John Ambulance provide vital First Aid cover at events and support a cohort of young people to become our next generation of life savers.  Our volunteers are fully qualified to deliver lifesaving First Aid training in communities in your area. These are FREE to community groups and focus on three key emergency response skills:

• • • • CPR and using a defibrillator.
      • Responding to choking incidents.
      • Managing bleeding, from minor cuts to serious wounds.

We aim to expand our outreach by delivering even more First Aid training to local schools, community groups, and organisations. We will also offer sessions in public libraries, small businesses, and targeted communities.
