Grace Innes delivers the Social Prescribing service with Zoe Beesley, Harriet Brown and Debbie Rushworth, linking individuals with community activities to support their mental and physical health and wellbeing, and working with community groups to identify gaps in service.

Grace joined the New Connections team in June 2023, having worked as a cardiothoracic nurse for a number of years in the NHS. She has also worked for a bespoke furniture company.

Grace enjoys walking, dogs, nature and swimming in her spare time.
