Volunteer Passport – Ashbourne – free training for Volunteers

Derbyshire Dales CVS is pleased to announce that we are offering the Volunteer Passport to groups in the Dales.

The Volunteer Passport is a 10-hour accredited course aimed at those already volunteering.  It is a chance for volunteers to attend five sessions covering first aid awareness; health & safety; equality, diversity & inclusion; keeping yourself & others safe, and the person-centred approach.

The course is free of charge to volunteers of Derbyshire Dales groups, as it has been supported by the Social Connectedness Project (DCC Public Health funded).

The course will run every Wednesday afternoon from 7th May for five weeks at a central Ashbourne venue.

Places are limited, for further details or to book a place please email enquiries@ddcvs.org.uk or phone 01629 812154 option1.
