RURAL ACTION DERBYSHIRE (RAD) is looking for a compassionate, values-driven leader to step into the role of CEO and guide the charity into its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in Derbyshire’s rural communities, working alongside a dedicated team committed to addressing rural disadvantage.

Role Details

• Position: Chief Executive Officer
• Salary: £50,000-£54,000 (based on experience)
• Location: Matlock, with regular travel across Derbyshire and some remote working
• Closing Date: 12noon, Monday 2nd December 2024

RAD’s new CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees and staff to drive strategic direction, ensure organisational sustainability, and strengthen partnerships to enhance RAD’s impact.
