National Churches Trust – next deadline : Tuesday 16 December 2025
This programme offers grants of up to £10,000 towards urgent and essential maintenance and repair projects costing up to £80,000. Also project development and investigative work up to RIBA planning stage 1, to support churches preparing for a major project, and in developing their project to the point at which they can approach a major grant funder. Grants will never exceed 50% of the net project costs (for this phase).

The Weavers Company
Priority is given to helping young offenders, and ex-offenders, and other disadvantaged young people find pathways to meaningful employment and community participation.
There are two levels of funding:
Small grants of up to £5,000
Main grants with no formal cap, however, most previous awards are £10,000–£15,000
Deadline for applications: 12 March 2026, 2 July 2026, November 2026.

Alpkit Foundation
Grants of up to £500 are available for individuals, community groups, schools, and other not-for profit organisations to encourage people across the UK to get involved with outdoor activities and experiences.
Examples of fundable project include:
- Providing discounted equipment for outdoor adventures and trips
- Support outdoor educational programs
- Support proactive conservation and environmental projects
- Support projects which encourage the development of facilities for outdoor skills and activities to be experienced by wider groups who otherwise may miss out
Deadline for applications: ongoing and rolling (apply at least 3 months before the start of the project)

Ulverscroft Foundation
UK based charity offering grants to organisations looking for help with projects relating to improving the quality of life of visually impaired people.
Funding is mainly given to organisations directly helping the visually impaired, including libraries, schools, colleges and hospitals, charities, CICs or social groups Funding can be considered from UK or overseas based organisations.
Any organisation applying is only able to submit one application every 18 months regardless of the outcome of the application.
The Foundation is keen to support specific projects and associated costs, with capital costs, core salaries and general running costs not supported.
Trustees meet quarterly with dates published on their website. Applications can be made in writing by downloading, completing and posting or e mailing an application form. Details of the information required, as well as contact details and where to send the application, can be found on the website.
