GRASSROOTS GRANTS

Grassroots Grants is a funding stream from Derbyshire Community Foundation which offers a broad range of support to Derbyshire voluntary and community groups. Funding criteria is that the grant must help tackle disadvantage and / or to support community life in Derbyshire. In addition your group must have a turnover of less than £30,000 per year to apply and must have been running for at least 12 months.

The minimum grant awarded is £250 and the maximum is £5,000. There are no fixed closing dates as such but it is a 3 year programme, 2008 - 2011.
